Hi Claire! I meant to ping you earlier to say a massive thank you for everything you and the rest of the team did, sorry I didn't get round it before now. I hadn't fully realised how much we'd let slip, until you came along and sorted literally everything out. It feels like a different house and Ali's quite emotional about it - she says it's the best Christmas present she's ever had. We couldn't be more chuffed! Thank you so much.
